Why We Built
TechForGrandma

Most tech websites are written by engineers for engineers. We write for real people — the seniors who want to stay connected, and the families who want to help them.

TechForGrandma.com exists because there's a gap between what technology can do for seniors and what they're actually able to get out of it — usually because the instructions are written in a language they don't speak.

We've all been on the phone with a parent or grandparent trying to walk them through something that should take 30 seconds but takes 30 minutes because the guide they found assumed they already knew what a "toggle" or a "dropdown" was.

This site is our attempt to fix that. Every guide is written the way a patient grandchild would explain something — step by step, with no assumptions, no jargon, and no condescension.
